I have not interacted with a single person from this office that did not straight up WOW me. The bedside manner here is amazing. Everyone is helpful, courteous, and kind. They treat you like family (professional still, but there is a warmth and comfort that will make you forget about your anxiety). The wait times are short and the appointments are informative and efficient. This office writes the book on how to be in the people business. Special shout-out to Dr. Bristol Williams, but seriously the entire team here is exceptional.

Kebrina was an absolute gem. I was initially scheduled at this location, but ended up being out of network, and she assisted me with finding another location under the same umbrella where I would be in network. She was very kind and incredibly professional. Even though I didn’t end up going to this location for the appointment itself, (which I still would in the future), customer service starts at the front desk, and this young lady is a great reflection of that.

From registration checking in seeing the x-ray tech, to treatment coordinator, my dentist Dr McKinney my hygienist Miss Jasmine checking out with Miss Cindy, and office manager is Crystal. These guys have made a very anxious woman very comfortable with your kindness explanation, and even their kind and welcoming comforting spirits. Conyers smile center is an amazing place to start or continue dental treatment. I love this office! I'll be back guys! Continue to do what you do it's amazing. I would post a picture but my mouth is numb and I feel like I have fat lips so I can't do it! 😂
